A Promise of Home

Sibyl and Fremont Pope yearn to share their knowledge of God's word with people in Colorado. She has taught ladies for years while he was a deacon in Oklahoma and taught young men. Many of those men have left for the war.

But the large Colorado church they attend has no need of their benevolent services. Should they return to Oklahoma or look for a different city or state where they might be useful? Mother Pope wants them to move back while Fremont's boss offers a promotion to stay. Where is God leading them? Will it take another disaster for them to follow Him?
